About me and my philosophy.

My relevant professional experience starts since 2019, when I worked as a full-time tour guide, engaging in daily communication with individuals from over 100 nationalities. This practice taught me a fundamental lesson: people forget dry facts, but they always remember the experience they had and how you made them feel.

From Tbilisi to Kraków to Bratislava to Groningen — four countries, three degrees, two languages, one obsession: how do you take something ordinary and make someone see it as if for the first time? That's what I do with brands.

My Professional Principles

Marketing as a Business Foundation: Marketing is not a superficial decoration added on top of a product. It is the fundamental reason a consumer trusts a brand, enters a store, and becomes a true ambassador for it.

Meaning Before Metrics: The best campaign is one that the audience genuinely wants to listen to. Financial metrics and indicators always follow when the purpose and substance of communication are real.

Brand Identity: Strong brands possess their own character, values, and stance. The marketer's task is to uncover this unique quality and convey it accurately and empathetically.

Mutual Benefit (Win-Win): In a successful campaign, all parties benefit. The brand achieves its financial and image objectives, while the audience receives real value, whether through emotion, savings, or useful information. If only the brand benefits, it is a short-term advertisement. When all sides win, it becomes a long-term connection.

Balancing Creativity and Results: Creativity without business results is simply art, while results without a creative approach turn into unproductive spam. My goal is to maintain a precise balance between these two realities.

I believe marketing should make people's lives a little richer, not a little more cluttered.

My goal is to maintain balance between creativity and measurable results.

How I work
Curiosity over comfort

I moved to my first foreign country at 19. Then another. Every unfamiliar city taught me to see my own assumptions more clearly.

Craft over shortcuts

I don't believe in growth hacks. I believe in work so good it earns attention honestly.

People over personas

I've looked real humans in the eye across 100 nationalities. I never forget there's a person on the other end.

Empathy as strategy

My best idea started with one question: who is being left out, and how can a brand bring them in?

Teaching · 04

I believe that sharing professional experience with others is the highest form of competence.

Since 2025, as an invited professor at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, I have been teaching Strategic Marketing Management and Marketing Fundamentals in both Georgian and English. I also teach Creative Writing and Copywriting at Caucasus University.

My objective is to develop strategic vision and analytical thinking in students alongside theoretical frameworks.

The curriculum focuses on helping future professionals recognize real market dynamics, uncover genuine consumer needs, and effectively apply their acquired knowledge in practice.

Strategic Marketing Management — brands as long-term assets, not campaign machines.
Marketing Fundamentals — the real foundations, taught through cases, not textbook theory.
